This post is going to be my favorite in the Australian brand called Essence. Its a brand which has many good quality and its so affordable products. I have tried many products in this brand and have enjoyed using the products. So let me share the products which I love in this brand.

                           

The products are

ESSENCE EYELINER:

Everybody's darling ( its a nice purple color)

This concealer has 3 shades like green, pink and beige color.

This product helps in mattifying the face.

                               

ESSENCE MASCARA:

The mascara which is waterproof multi-effect mascara.

DIY LIP CREAM

Hi lovelies

Hope you all are doing great. This post is going to be DIY project on making your own lip cream. I know that everyone has something in their makeup collection which you don't use or looks bad on you or was a impulse buy. If you think you cannot rock that lip stick or lip gloss its time to make your own color by just following simple steps. Just go through your collection and get the lip products you don't like or use. 

Lets get started

Things needed

Lipstick (unused ones, colors you don't like or colors you don't wear)

Vaseline

candle

Spoon

lighter

mixing stick or fork

Method:

1. Empty the lip gloss or lipstick in the spoon.
2. Light the candle and place the spoon on the flame.
3. Just mix different colors to make your own custom made color by adding different colors little by little.
4. Add Vaseline to make it creamy and helps in mixing colors.
5. Just swatch the mixture to see the final color add different colors till you get the desired color.
6.  Once you reach the color just pour it back into the empty container or emptied lip gloss tube.
7. Just leave the tube for cooling and wait till it sets.
8. Now your own custom made color lip cream is finished.

I had BYS lip gloss in color its a bling thing which was too pale for my skintone. I could not pair it any other lipstick. So I used it and added my Maybelline Lipstick in mauve along with lip pigment which I have mentioned in my previous post. Check it out.

I got a perfect color which suits me and I am loving it. I did another lip cream with maybelline lip stick and lip gloss in nude. It came out as pinkish gloss which lasts longer like a lip cream.

Hope you all are doing good.I was just arranging my makeup area I found that all my lipstick are pink shaded. I don't have any other range. Either I have pink base in everything. I also had same colors with a small difference in their color. Whenever I wear new lipstick I would ask my husband how does it look? He did not find any difference in the shade and will tell its the usual color you wear all the time. I would be so pissed and thought humm boys!!. But when I came to know while cleaning I had very similar colors of lipstick. 

               

All the lipstick are my favorite ones and I love wearing them. Since I don't like doing experiments with new color and wanted to be in my comfort zone. Now I am going to try other colors. So below are my pink shades of lipstick which will be perfect for Indian skin tone or tan skin tone.

Look 1 bright orange lip

Hi all

I thought of doing makeup look which is easy to do and is great for beginners and help them to achieve a put together look in a hurry. The products you will need is less ,so you can try it out before buying heaps of makeup. Its a beginners look.
This look can be used for running errands, evening night out and girls night out.

Things needed:

1. Moisturizer
2. lip balm
3. foundation
4. powder
5. bright lip stick
6. shimmer eyeshadow
7. dark brown eyeshadow
8. matte white color for highlight
9. lip gloss    
10. Liquid liner or gel eyeliner

Step 1:
Moisturize your face and neck. Apply lip balm on the lips.
I used my Palmer moisturize and nivea lip balm.

Step 2:
Apply foundation, a small amount is needed. If you need a full coverage use another layer of foundation. You can also use the foundation to conceal your problem areas. 
I used my Maybelline Fit me foundation in 320. 

Step 3:
Use a powder to set the foundation. If you want a dewy look don't apply the powder.
I like to use powder so my foundation last long and prevent the face becoming oily. I use Maybelline fit me powder in 310.

Step 4:
Fill in your eyebrows with the brown shadow. Apply the brown shadow in our crease to deepen your eyes. Then use the shimmer color in the center of the eyelid and inner part as well.
I used my my Urban decay naked palette 2 tease, copper and foxy for my eyes. 

Step 5:
Apply eyeliner on the upper and lowed lash lines.
I used Loreal gel eyeliner on my upper lash line and essence long lasting eyeliner in black on my lower lash line.

Step 6:
Apply loads of mascara for fuller and voluminous  lashes.
I used Australis voluptulash  mascara and Essence all in one mascara.

Step 7:
Use the lipstick as the blush and apply it on your cheeks and blend it in.
I used my Ultra3 lipstick in color red carpet.

Step 8:
Apply lipstick which must be a bright color which gives this look a pop of color.

Step 9:
Apply lip gloss on the center of the lip to give a pouty look.

Tada you are finished. Now lets see the finished look.

Makeup on a budget post 1

Hi everyone

Hope you all are doing good. This post is about makeup under budget. I am a person who likes to save money on makeup especially in Australia because all cosmetics are expensive here. I like to spend money on skincare and buy the very necessary things from branded ones. So I am looking for alternatives which cost me less fortune in makeup. In short quality makeup in affordable price. I went to Priceline and Target and got some products which were of good quality and less price. There are many inexpensive brands in Australia but the quality are not so good in some of the brands. 

I bought few products from a pharmacy which has the brand called Ulta3. They have many products at a affordable price. The product are

1) Concealer stick in shade medium

The concealer is smooth and has medium coverage. The concealer is build- able and blends easily. The price is AUD 5.95. The only bad thing the product is less but for the price its worth it. Must try it. They have only 3 shades so the shades that fits you is hard to get.  The pics are taken without flash.

       

2) Ulta3 lipstick

The lipstick is a matte one and the color so good. The color is coral and stays for a pretty good time. The price is AUD 3. Will review its lasting power after using it.

 

The other brand is Essence. This brand has many awesome products and the quality is so good. I bought many products before and I loved it. I like their eyeliners and mascara. The products I bought are

1) Essence long lasting eyeliner in color cool down.
Its a pretty royal blue color with a sheen to it. Its so creamy and last long.
2) Essence eyeliner in color Its all me.
Its a like a beige color. I cannot use white eyeliner because it looks odd on me. My eyes are not bright white they are dull white in color so I prefer beige color to give a awaken eyes.

           

The price is AUD 2.50. The swatches are below. They are well pigmented and glides easy on my eyes.

             

3) Essence all about matt

Its is a finishing powder to mattify your face. Its their season collection called 50's. I haven't tried the product so will give a review on it in detail. The price is AUD 4.

I am going to do a detailed review on each after testing it out and check their lasting capacity. Please leave your comments below.

Review of BYS - An Australian Brand

" Life comes with ups and downs"

Greetings everyone

This is a short and sweet review of two products from the Australian brand BYS. This cosmetic line provides affordable makeup like the NYX and ELF brand in America. If you are starting with makeup then try this brand for trails. The BYS products are worth the price and have a pretty good quality.

The two products which I am going to review are

1) BYS 18 color palette mix 1

The eyeshadow palette contains only shimmer colors. The colors vary from blues, pink, purple, gold and bronze shimmers. The eye shadows are quite pigmented and  has a creamy texture when applying. The best thing is they have less fall outs compared with other eye shadows. The shadows does not crease for 3 hours and has a nice sheen when applied less. The only disadvantage is that some eye shadows have a white shimmer to it so the color does not pop out. For example the coral, pink and pale blue color just shows as white shimmer which is not pleasing. Below I have swatches of the color white, baby pink, blue, gold, antique gold color and grey color. Out this most color look like white shimmer. 

2) BYS lipstick in naked rose L31

The lipstick is so creamy and butter like texture. This a nude lip color with a hint of pink to it. This color so looks so good on me and my perfect nude color.

I have been using this color for everyday makeup and loving it. Sometimes I top it with the pink lip gloss for more pinky lips. The lip stick does not have any smell to it. I have tries other color from the brand but did not like it. This is only color I prefer. I have also tried BYS shimmer pearls but I hated it. it had a chemical smell to and I did not even put it on my face. The worst product ever BYS shimmer pearls.
